Operate a Stakeholder Feedback Loop from Training to Product Development
Systematically capture what stakeholders need that NSWERS does not yet provide, what questions they ask that cannot yet be answered, and what products are confusing or underused. Track and report training impact metrics including numbers trained by tier, session evaluations, feedback themes, and follow-up indicators of use. The Director synthesizes feedback and routes it to IT and R&E (for new analytical capabilities), Communications (for product improvements), and the Executive Council (for strategic priorities). Document feedback themes and impact metrics quarterly and incorporate into the annual strategy refresh (1.1.2.3).
