Assess Feasibility and Conduct Centralized Reporting Pilots with Priority Partners
Before launching any centralized reporting pilot, conduct a feasibility assessment evaluating legal authority, data availability, partner willingness, technical requirements, governance alignment, and expected burden reduction. Where feasibility is confirmed, conduct one or more pilots with priority partners (e.g., NDOL and others as feasible), documenting burden reduction, data quality impacts, scalability requirements, and lessons learned. If feasibility assessment determines a pilot is not warranted, document findings and revisit in a future cycle.
