Maintain a Stakeholder Outreach and Relationship Plan
Maintain an annual outreach and relationship plan that defines who NSWERS will engage (priority audiences and named stakeholder groups), why (purpose tied to awareness, trust, and adoption goals), and how (channels such as briefings, partner visits, convenings, office hours, newsletters, and direct outreach). The plan should map outreach to legislative, budget, and partner planning cycles; specify owners; and include measurable targets for touchpoints, audience reach, and conversion into product use or requests.
