wh outcome geo

Outcome slug. This loader currently calculates geographic rates for college-going and high-school-graduation, using cohort_outcomes to determine valid cohort pairings.

Cohort slug paired with the outcome through cohort_outcomes.

Academic year of the cohort membership records used in the denominator and numerator.

Geographic dimension used for aggregation. Values are drawn from the loader’s fixed list of wh_student_geo columns.

Geographic entity identifier from the wh_student_geo column named by type; numeric identifiers are cast to text.

Outcome rate for the outcome/cohort/year/geography: qualifying outcome-member count divided by cohort-member count.
